Please include your phone model and OS version, and for route problems the start and destination you entered.
"Use current location" does nothing
Location access is off for the app. On iPhone open Settings > Apps > Riders Compass > Location and choose "While Using the App". On Android open Settings > Apps > Riders Compass > Permissions > Location and allow it.
The forecast is missing for a far-away date
Forecasts cover 16 days ahead. Plan closer to the date, or save the trip and tap "Refresh weather" later.
My subscription is not recognised on a new phone
Open Settings in the app, tap Premium, then "Restore purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same App Store or Google account that bought it.
Speed camera warnings are off
Camera warnings are a Premium feature and are switched off automatically in countries where they are not permitted, for example Switzerland. In France only zone warnings are shown.
