Acceptance
By using Riders Compass you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Ride safely
Riders Compass provides forecasts, route suggestions and points of interest for planning purposes only. Weather and road conditions change quickly. Always ride according to actual conditions, your skill level and local law. Do not interact with the app while riding.
No warranty
Route, weather, elevation and place data come from third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of the app or reliance on its information.
Subscriptions
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed by the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store subscriptions or in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. On iPhone the subscription is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the app, abuse the underlying map or weather services, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
